Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Dusklit order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)

To start a return, email us at hello@dusklit.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@dusklit.store with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — you won't need to return the item.


Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

Please note: sale items are only excluded from change of mind returns. If a sale item arrives faulty or not as described, we'll always make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at hello@dusklit.store and we'll follow up immediately.
